Welcome to the Library

Welcome to the library! Many people ask me so frequently "what are great books to read?" That I put together a library. This will be a continuously growing area for personal development. I once hated reading and today read ten pages(or more) of a good book a day. You will find self help, healing, educational books in this space. There are books for all ages.

Personal development is...

The life blood of your own personal growth. It will help to support you, educate you, and grow you in the direction you want your life to go in. So how do you know what to read? Well pick the direction you want to go. I read ten pages of a good book every day. Yes just ten pages and yes every day. I have been doing this for a few years now. I listen to books on audio also but I always have a book or two that I am working through. It keeps me growing! I was never a good reader and for years I struggled to read. I would have never thought that I would enjoy reading the way I do today. Here are some of my favorites:

Of course I would put this book first. This book not only opened my eyes to the Emotion Code it also introduced me to Dr. Brad and gave me a bigger picture of his life's journey. I recommend everyone and anyone interested in the Emotion Code and Body Code read this book.

These are the books that have shifted my life. They have all given me practices and they have all added to the person I am today. I have taken many courses because of these books and I know there will be many more to come!

Reading can be difficult

Reading can be difficult believe me I completely sympathize. I was a poor reader for the majority of my life. I was embarrassed to read out loud and I was discouraged while reading to myself. Then I had children. Weather or not you have them you ow it to yourself to start reading regularly. Reading is a luxury that many of us take for granted. Just over 100 years ago (in the big and small of it not that long ago) you would most likely not have been given this ability. Today there are still large numbers of people who are still illiterate. This is something that effects the entire family. If you know me you know I m a big picture kind of person. Reading directly effects self esteem, ability to grow, wages, work ability, and the education stability of your off spring. I know who knew. So baby steps start with something achievable. Like ten pages a day.
